All content contained within this publication and associated materials is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Purchase of this publication grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the content for personal professional learning and individual application.
Permitted uses include:

Section 3. Organisational Use Requires a Standard Adoption Agreement
3. Organisational Use Requires a Standard Adoption Agreement
Purchase of this publication does not grant an organisation the right to adopt, deploy, institutionalise, or operate I LEAD to Win as an organisational work-winning standard.
A written Standard Adoption Agreement is required before an organisation may:

Adopt I LEAD to Win as an enterprise methodology or organisational standard
-
Implement the Work-Winning Capability Standard across teams, regions, divisions, or business units
-
Embed the methodology within governance systems, approval frameworks, review processes, operating procedures, management systems, or organisational standards
-
Integrate the methodology into pursuit management, bid management, or business development systems
-
Create internal training programs, workshops, facilitator-led sessions, onboarding programs, accreditation pathways, capability development programs, or rollout initiatives based substantially on the I LEAD to Win Standard
-
Deploy shared tools, templates, scorecards, assessments, canvases, review instruments, or governance resources across multiple personnel
-
Conduct enterprise-wide capability assessments or maturity reviews
-
Participate in benchmarking programs, certification programs, or capability intelligence initiatives
-
Represent itself as operating under the I LEAD to Win Work-Winning Capability Standard
-
Claim Certified Organisation status
-
Use Princeps capability maturity models, capability intelligence systems, benchmarking services, or certification marks
Purchase or possession of any I LEAD to Win publication, toolkit, assessment, template, resource, or supporting material does not confer organisational adoption rights.
Organisational adoption rights arise only through a written Standard Adoption Agreement with Princeps Advisory Pty Ltd.
Section 4. Standard Adoption Model
4. Standard Adoption Model
The I LEAD to Win Operating System is the organisational system through which the I LEAD to Win Work-Winning Capability Standard is adopted, implemented, measured, and improved.
The I LEAD to Win commercial model is based on organisational adoption of the Work-Winning Capability Standard through an approved Standard Adoption Agreement.
The Standard Adoption Fee is not an access fee, software subscription fee, membership fee, content licence fee, or recurring publication fee.
The Standard Adoption Fee grants the adopting organisation the right to:

Adopt the I LEAD to Win Work-Winning Capability Standard

Implement and operate the I LEAD to Win Operating System within the approved organisational scope
-
Deploy approved framework components within the approved organisational scope
-
Utilise authorised implementation resources
-
Participate in organisational capability assessment and intelligence programs
-
Measure and improve organisational work-winning capability maturity
-
Access the Capability Intelligence Program services included within the Standard Adoption Agreement
The Standard Adoption Fee is a fee for adopting the Standard within the approved organisational scope. Standard Adoption establishes the organisation's right to implement and operate the I LEAD to Win Operating System as its work-winning capability system within the approved organisational scope.
It is not a fee for temporary access to publications, tools, templates, or content.
Standard Adoption, once granted, is perpetual for the approved organisational scope defined in the applicable Standard Adoption Agreement, subject to compliance with these Terms and any applicable Standard Adoption Agreement.
Standard Adoption includes a defined period of the Capability Intelligence Program as specified in the applicable Standard Adoption Agreement.
Section 5. The Capability Intelligence Program (Included Period)

The Capability Intelligence Program is a core component of the I LEAD to Win Standard Adoption model.
During the included period, Princeps Advisory may provide:

The specific services provided will be defined within the applicable Standard Adoption Agreement.
Princeps Advisory reserves the right to evolve, improve, refine, replace, or enhance assessment methodologies, maturity models, capability frameworks, intelligence methodologies, and benchmarking approaches in order to maintain the integrity and value of the Standard.
Section 6. Capability Intelligence Program (Continuation)
6. Capability Intelligence Program (Continuation)
Following completion of the included period, organisations may elect to continue participation in the Capability Intelligence Program.
The Capability Intelligence Program is designed to support ongoing measurement, benchmarking, maturity progression, and capability improvement following Standard Adoption.

Purchased publications may continue to be retained and used for reference purposes

Previously completed training remains valid
However, the organisation may lose access to:

Current Benchmark Participation

Updated Capability Intelligence Reporting

Updated Proprietary Tools and Resources

Current Capability Maturity Reporting

Future Capability Intelligence Services
Participation requirements, program inclusions, and program investment arrangements will be communicated by Princeps Advisory from time to time.
Section 7. Certification and Recognition
7. Certification and Recognition
Certification, accreditation, maturity ratings, and organisational recognition are granted solely at the discretion of Princeps Advisory and subject to compliance with applicable certification requirements.

Rights to claim compliance with the Standard
Princeps Advisory reserves the right to suspend, withdraw, modify, or refuse certification where applicable requirements are no longer being met.
Section 8. Restrictions on Reproduction, Adaptation and Derivative Works

Except where expressly permitted in writing, users may not:

Reproduce substantial portions of the publication

Redistribute content externally

Publish content online

Create derivative commercial products

Rebrand, relabel, modify, adapt, or repurpose proprietary frameworks or methodologies

Create derivative methodologies, operating systems, governance frameworks, review systems, scorecards, maturity models, assessment systems, capability frameworks, implementation systems, or work-winning methodologies substantially derived from I LEAD to Win
-
Create internal versions that rebrand the Standard, obscure attribution to Princeps Advisory, or represent the methodology as independently developed

Remove copyright notices

Distribute proprietary tools or templates to third parties

Create competing standards, frameworks, methodologies, capability systems, or advisory products substantially derived from the intellectual property contained within this publication
Limited quotations may be used for commentary, review, or educational purposes where permitted by law and accompanied by appropriate attribution.
Section 9. Training, Facilitation and Organisational Rollout Restrictions
9. Training, Facilitation and Organisational Rollout Restrictions
Ownership of this publication does not grant the right to:

Deliver internal training programs based substantially on the I LEAD to Win Standard

Conduct facilitator-led workshops based substantially on the I LEAD to Win methodology

Create organisational rollout programs
-
Develop accreditation pathways
-
Establish internal certification programs
-
Deliver external commercial training programs
-
Provide consulting services using substantial portions of the I LEAD to Win intellectual property
Such activities require a Standard Adoption Agreement and, where applicable, additional written permission from Princeps Advisory Pty Ltd.
Section 10. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Systems Restrictions
10. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Systems Restrictions
The content, methodology, frameworks, models, assessments, and intellectual property contained within I LEAD to Win may not be used to train, fine-tune, enhance, develop, or improve artificial intelligence systems without prior written permission from Princeps Advisory Pty Ltd.
Prohibited activities include:

Uploading substantial portions of content into AI training datasets
-
Using the methodology to train proprietary or public AI models
-
Creating GPTs, copilots, AI assistants, agents, evaluators, reviewers, recommendation engines, scoring systems, benchmarking engines, assessment systems, or automated advisory systems substantially derived from the methodology
-
Creating prompt libraries, training datasets, decision trees, knowledge repositories, or automated reasoning systems based substantially on the intellectual property
-
Building competing GPTs, copilots, agents, or automated advisory systems
-
Reverse-engineering proprietary frameworks for AI deployment
-
Embedding substantial components of the methodology into commercial AI products
-
Creating derivative automated assessment, evaluation, review, governance, benchmarking, or maturity systems
Normal personal productivity use of publicly available AI tools for note-taking, summarisation, discussion, or personal learning purposes is permitted provided that substantial portions of the intellectual property are not reproduced, redistributed, commercialised, or used to create competing products or services.
These restrictions do not apply to artificial intelligence systems, agents, engines, methodologies, or automated tools developed, owned, operated, or deployed by Princeps Advisory Pty Ltd in the delivery of its own services, including but not limited to the Princeps Engines and associated proprietary methodologies.
Section 11. Activities Beyond Individual Use

The following activities may only be undertaken by organisations operating under a Standard Adoption Agreement:

Team-based implementation

Enterprise training programs

Facilitator-led workshops

Internal capability development programs

Governance integration
-
Shared toolkit deployment

Maturity assessment programs

Benchmark participation
-
Certification programs

Organisational capability reviews

Enterprise-scale implementation of the Work-Winning Capability Standard
The existence of a Standard Adoption Agreement does not automatically grant rights to:
Deliver commercial training to third parties

Certify third parties
-
Sublicense the methodology
-
Create derivative methodologies
-
Create competing frameworks or standards
-
Transfer rights to another organisation
Additional permissions require prior written approval from Princeps Advisory Pty Ltd.
Section 12. No Transfer of Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights.
All copyrights, trademarks, methodologies, frameworks, assessment systems, maturity models, diagnostics, benchmarking methodologies, certification systems, and associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Princeps Advisory Pty Ltd.
Any rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Section 13. Enforcement
13. Enforcement
Princeps Advisory actively protects and enforces its intellectual property rights.
Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, adaptation, commercialisation, deployment, sublicensing, or misuse of I LEAD to Win intellectual property may result in legal action, including injunctive relief, damages, account of profits, recovery of legal costs, and any other remedies available under applicable law.
Princeps Advisory reserves all rights not expressly granted.
Section 14. Limitation of Liability

This publication is provided for educational, informational, and professional development purposes.
While reasonable efforts have been made to ensure accuracy and relevance, Princeps Advisory makes no guarantee regarding tender success rates, contract awards, revenue generation, business performance, organisational capability outcomes, or commercial results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Princeps Advisory excludes liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the publication or associated materials.
Section 15. Changes and Updates

Princeps Advisory may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes to these Terms apply to new Standard Adoptions from the date of publication.
For organisations operating under an existing Standard Adoption Agreement, the Terms in force at the date of the Standard Adoption Agreement shall continue to apply unless otherwise varied by written agreement between Princeps Advisory Pty Ltd and the adopting organisation.
The current version published through official Princeps Advisory channels constitutes the governing version for all new Standard Adoptions.
Section 16. Governing Law
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
