The Live Evaluation

Written preference must survive live scrutiny.

Written preference must survive live scrutiny.

Most strong written submissions are followed by interviews, presentations, workshops, clarifications and BAFO interactions in which the team has to confirm, defend and amplify what was claimed in writing. This is where preference is tested in real time, by the people who will have to argue for the decision after the room empties.

The gap is not between teams that prepared and teams that did not. It is between teams who treat live evaluation as a separate task and teams who treat it as the continuation of the written response. The first begin again. The second confirm what is already there.

This volume builds the operating system that closes that gap. Six capabilities make the team's live performance the strongest evidence the evaluator will hear, and a five-stage leadership cycle turns rehearsal into a confirmation discipline rather than an event.

Preference is not selected. It is confirmed.

The doctrine

Preference that cannot be confirmed in the room cannot be defended in the score.

Volume 7 introduces two integrated frameworks: the Preference Confirmation System™ (what to deploy) and the Confirmation Leadership System™ (how to deploy it).
